  • Return to base warranty for goods and services unless otherwise specified. Software repairs are guaranteed 30 days on the conditions software or hardware configurations have been changed.
  • Warranty for goods sold is void if the proper safety procedures have not been followed during installation or if goods are not returned in anti-static bags.
  • Please choose your purchases carefully, we are under no obligation to change hardware or peripherals if you change your mind. We will not accept any purchases not returned in their original packaging or otherwise deemed un-saleable.
  • Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will not apply to goods and services applied for business purposes.
  • Aid Technology shall not be liable for any error in advice, statement or instructions given. Aid Technology shall not be liable for damage to any property due to the failure of goods supplied or serviced by Aid Technology.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to backup all data on their computer systems or advise us to do so.
  • Overdue unpaid accounts will incur late payment fees and collection costs.
